Break out

I have decided to make a list of some of the most over-used phrases I have had to come across in my time here in NTL:Hell. Just so I can look back and laugh, like.

* "It's not my fault" - Used when bill not paid for seven months. Who's fault is it then, the cat's?
* "I'm a single mother" - Fair enough, but so are millions of other women in the world, plus some men too
* "I want this sorted" - And as Rocker would say: "I want a Jack Daniels and a blow-job, but we'll both have to wait".
* "You bitch" - You say that like it's a bad thing.
* "I'm coming down to get you" - You and whose army?
* "Go to hell" - Yes Dear I will but at least I'll have fun down there.

Sorry I don't want to be snobbish, don't get me wrong I am not judgemental at any other time in my life. Just when I am talking to the dregs of society, and I really do apologise but I mean that. I have been abused, threatened, sworn at, insulted, you name it and I have had it. But I am still here and I am still in one piece. It's just that I hope my next job isn't in customer services and I don't have to speak to the general public ever again. Ugh.
