Fondue, I'm Sandra Dee...

hola! Here I am taking time out from my hectic life of boat parties at p. diddy's to write a few words.

We got the girls for an extra four days so i've been step-momming it while Rocker's been at work. I'm loving it! Although I don't think motherhood will come naturally to me should it ever rear it's head, i think i do ok with the kids. They don't hate me which is a start and an old woman once stopped me in the street to tell me what a good mum i was, to the youngest, so it's quite an acheivement to me!

basically we have just been hanging out, watching movies - horrors are their favourite (and before anyone raises an eyebrow at that, please note whenever a scary moment comes, it's me hinding behind the sofa, not them).

freedom has been odd it has to be said. it's been almost a week and i feel funny without the security of a job. i haven't slept for the past two nights. but then, i guess, i have to keep telling myself i am a feisty, strong resourceful woman who would be an asset to any company and keep trying until i get what i want. easier said than don but on monday i join Shocking Fish on his latest expedition to find jobs. phone boxes in Brighton town, here we come! (probably)
