The thing with Barcelona is...

and I'm sure it really is a wonderful city, but it smelt REALLY bad and it was dirty and to be honest we just didn't get it.

The Dali Museum was lovely and twisted as you would expect, the beach was pleasant and we went on the cable cars right up above the city which was breath-taking. But I don't think Spain will feature on my list of places to visit again
