Lost in Space without You

Oh.My.Good.God.

I am not going to do anything this morning until I have written about last night's episode of LOST. It was flipping excellent!

Last night we had Sawyer's story, and I've been waiting patiently for it from the start. I wasn't at all disappointed! He's such a fox. And I knew he had a dark secret driving him on. And I knew he would turn out to have a heart afterall. Ah...

So, where do I start - the episode in my words:

It began with sexy Kate (lovin' Kate she's very cool) wandering up the beach and finding the book 'Watership Down' lying on the sand next to Sawyer's stuff and looking surprised that he can actually read, let alone read something so classic (It's about bunnies, see).

And then (my favourite bit)... Sawyer rises from the waves totally start bollock naked and makes some cheeky comment to her about warming him up. (Sexual tension is brimming over - I love it!). She doesn't take him up on the offer (fool!).

Then than annoying preppy girl Shannon starts having an asthma attack (shame) and it turns out her medicine was lost and Boone (that's my nickname too!) reckons Sawyer has it 'cos it was in his luggage with his copy of 'Watership Down' (ah!). So he goes to rummage through Sawyer's stuff and gets the sh*t kicked out of him.

Jack ends up punching Sawyer a few times (so he does have a backbone!) and Sawyer just takes it, seemly content to be the most horrid man on the island. Kate asks him nicely and he says she can have the medicine for a kiss. She hesitates and then he shows her that piece of paper he's always reading.

It's a letter and it says something about "Dear Mr Sawyer, you had sex with my Mummy then ran away with Daddy's money. So Daddy killed Mummy and then he killed himself...", and it ends with "I will give you this letter when I find you, so you can remember what you've done to me. You killed my parents, Mr Sawyer..." Sawyer then asks Kate again for the kiss but she doesn't quite go for it!

Later on Sawyer gets tortured by Sayid (reeds under the finger nails - ouch!) to tell him where the medicine is and Sawyer seems to enjoy it until Sayid threatens to cut out his eye - he tells him where it is (or does he?).

Kate then goes to see him and Sawyer once again cheekily asks for a kiss. Which she gives him! OMG. What a kiss! What a guy! I'm still thinking about the kiss, like maybe this could be the best kiss in television history, since well, since Ethel and her Willy in the Queen Vic*.

So they neck for a bit - mmmmmm, Sawyer - and then he reveals that he doesn't have the medicine and never has had them! So she slaps him and storms off into the sunset (or as far away as you can physically storm when you are stranded on a dessert island).

Later, Sawyer and Sayid have a fight and roll around naked (dreaming) in a manner reminiscent to that scene in Women in Love with Ollie Reid and the other guy, and Sawyer gets stabbed in the arm and tells Matthew Fox to let him die, because if the tables were turned, he would let the Doctor die.

Sawyer wakes up to Kate by his side and she says she's been rereading the letter again and again and couldn't work out why Sawyer wants to be so hated until she realised (dum dum dum!)... that the post dateon the letter means that he would have been a kid when it was written so it's not been written to him, but BY HIM! *Shock*

Then he shouts at Kate to go away and "don't you dare feel sorry for me". She looks pained but leaves.

In other news, Charlie persuaded Claire to move to the caves, Sayid leaves the group following his actions with Sawyer, Jin cures Shannons asthma with Eculyptus leaves found in the forest and Hurley just makes lots of quips and is generally the obligatory funny guy.

I was mildly (to strongly) turned on for most of the episode. Especially when the boys started fighting. Is there something wrong with me, I wonder? And if there is, do I care?

If loving Sawyer is wrong I don't want to be right!

I know I know - I so want to know but at the same time so don't! It's hard walking around with my hands over my ears.

My magazine already spoiled one thing for me. In an interview with Matthew Fox on the set in Hawaii, they mentioned he was in the middle of filming a scene at a funeral for one of the MAIN CAST! No! I am scared now!
