Bing Bong AVON calling! Part 1
Yes, I am now officially an AVON lady!
Think Peg Boggs (Dianne Wiest) in Edward Scissorhands, crossed with slightly sarcastic make-up counter girl and you'll have the look and feel I am aspiring to.
AVON has always has a slightly naff quality to it here in Britain, I remember it from when my Mother used to sit through hours and hours of small talk with our local neighbourhood rep, secretly wanting to stab the poor woman through the heart with an over-sharpened eye liner.
Now I think of it in an ironic sense, so bad it's good. But it is excellent value for money!

I am indeed Juney, though I am disappointed we don't get to wear a pink uniform...
Ooh, my sis sells Avon, they do some nice bits and bobs! I get all mine free at Christmas and birthdays though! :P
