Hostel

How exciting is this?!!
A horror film produced by Tarantino, directed by Eli Roth, with a cameo from Miike?
Could it get any better?
Plot Outline: Three backpackers head to a Slovakian city that promises to meet their hedonistic expectations, with no idea of the hell that awaits them.

Presented by genre master Quentin Tarantino and taking a much more macabre tone than did Eli Roth's feature debut Cabin Fever, Hostel is an amalgamation of many of the terrifying things about human nature and the world at large, culled from lots of pulpy-but-true stories of international organized crime, human trafficking, and sex tourism.

Relentlessly graphic and deeply disturbing, the film is rife with explicit sex and brutal violence that may delight hard core genre fans, and prove difficult to stomach for general audiences.
Director Eli Roth
Things are looking hostile in the Hostel (see what I did there?!)
Hope you've had your tetanus, mate...

All in all I am looking forward to this as much as Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (Kind geum-ja) (2006) - most horrors these days are remakes, rehashes or re-ally crap - so I look forward to a truly gut-wrenching disgusting one.

Ewwww....gross. :)

Even though it's a re-make (I think?), The PK and I watched "House of Eax" the other night and it was REALLY GRUESOME too....lots of bloody scenes.

I can't believe it but I actually kind of liked it...which surprised me. I thought I was REALLY going to hate it (especially while Paris Hilton was on screen).
