Wondy Snaps

Rockstick and I watched the fantabulous Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning last night and it was so good – I really love the entire trilogy, they have all been consistent in quality – not bad when you consider they’re really just low-budget horror movies.

Ginger Snaps Back was shot back-to-back with Ginger Snaps: Unleashed in 2004 and Ginger Snaps was shot in 2000.

Here are some interesting facts about Ginger Snaps:

• Among the students paged over the school's PA system by an uncredited Lucy Lawless are Samuel and Theodore Raimi. Ted Raimi is Lawless' co-star on "Xena: Warrior Princess" (1995); Ted's brother Sam Raimi is the show's executive producer.


• The role of Ginger originally was offered to Sarah Polley and Natasha Lyonne, but they both turned it down.


• Brigitte's hair is a wig.
