Japan

Of all the places in the world to visit, Japan would be is my ultimate dream. Despite the fact that I will never be able to afford to go, I still think longingly about what the country must be like.

I love the culture. I love the films (BATTLE ROYALE, AUDITION), directors (Takashi Miike, Miyazaki Hayao), I love the Art of Samurai. Sumo. Geisha. Manga. Harajuku.

I want to sit in the centre of the city and soak up the atmosphere, eat noodles every day and drink tea. I want to people watch all day and night. I want to visit Studio Ghibli, spend all my money on Hello Kitty souvenirs and become at one with the Japanese.

I should have been born either a gay man or a Japanese person.

Better keep on dreaming of the winning lottery ticket, or else this chick will never get to see Japan...
