Heaven is a Beauty Aisle

Boy do I love Thai supermarkets. They are full of the most weird and wonderful lotions and potions known to man, and believe me I despise grocery shops, can't tolerate them at all unless there is something in it for me and here there a plenty of wonderful things in it for me.

Slightly dubious are the 'pretty white skin' products, supposedly designed to 'white-ify' the Thai girls, I guess. I want to shake them and say, you want to look western like me? No, no, no!

I love to wander up and down the aisles, and there are lots of them, picking up crazy shaped tweezers as sharp as shark's teeth, cute cartoon character toenail clippers and Hello Kitty handcream. Have found a wonderful shampoo and conditioner caller 'Long & Strong', trust it not to be available in Tesco back home.

Could spend hours and hours doing this, it's heaven.
