Miss You Much
I miss my island nirvana so much I could cry. I want to sling on a sarong, tie my hair in a knot and walk to the nearest nook on the beach, with a good book.
Welcome home, Wondy!
Ach, it's not so bad. There are crappy soaps, decent cups of tea and loving messages from friends to ease me back and I can't wait to start taking holiday snaps. I am looking forward to Lucy Fur's second Christmas and to wrapping her head to toe in tinsel. I am looking forward to gravy.
Most of all I am looking forward to seeing the kids and having a damn good Christmas. How did it get to being December so quick, anyway?
It seems like yesterday I quit my job and now I've been a bum for four months. How time flies when you're being reckless!

MMmmmmmm. Mince pies and yorkie pudding. I'm on the wrong side of the pond to be having this discussion!!
Some of us have been slugging away at December while others **cough**you**cough** have been off in distraction land. It's no wonder it seems to have ambushed you! Lucky, lucky girl.
