Snap Happy

So the other day Rocker took my camera into the shop to hopefully swap it for another identical model but they were sold out so he ended up upgrading it for me to the next model up - from 6 million megapixels to 7.2 million megapixels.

Which is great and lovely of him but I can't get to grips with the new one at all, so I have been wildly taking a hundred pictures a minute trying to get the focus right - I'm not sure if I'm getting better - I'm sure it's all just a matter of trial and error but I am also mourning for my bashed up old Sony. I miss it. You never had to think about anything, just point. And Click.

Why am I suddenly an old person getting confused over a piece of technology?

On a more cheerful note I took some silhouette pictures last night at the theatre, which I love:

You can see more if you like, in the Shadow Play (Set) on my Flickr.

I would really like to become a better photographer, I really do enjoy it.

Oh, and Happy Christmas Eve, everyone!
